Password manager
A password manager is an app that creates, stores and fills in a long, unique password for every account, so you only need to remember one.
Reusing passwords means one leak can open many accounts. A password manager makes unique passwords effortless.
It also helps against phishing: it won't fill in your password on a lookalike site, because the domain doesn't match.
Protect the manager with a long passphrase only you know and turn on MFA for it. Built-in browser and phone managers are a good start.
