Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is bullying that happens online or by phone: hurtful messages, posts, comments, photos or leaving someone out, usually again and again.
It can happen in group chats, games, comments or through fake accounts. Because phones are always nearby, it can follow someone home and reach many people quickly.
If it happens to you: don't reply in anger, save screenshots, block and report the account, and tell a trusted adult. It is not your fault.
If you see it happening to someone else, you can be an upstander: don't join in or forward it, check in privately with the person, save evidence and get help from an adult.
